HEPA filtreler ile ilgili Avrupa Birli\u011fi \u00fclkelerinin ba\u011fl\u0131 oldu\u011fu CEN (European Committee for Standardization) taraf\u0131ndan yay\u0131nlanan EN 1822 standartlar\u0131 ile A.B.D. men\u015feli IEST (Institute of Environmental Sciences and Technology) taraf\u0131ndan yay\u0131nlanan standartlar bulunmaktad\u0131r. Her iki standartta verim tan\u0131mlar\u0131 ile verim \u00f6l\u00e7me y\u00f6ntemleri birbirinden farkl\u0131l\u0131klar g\u00f6stermektedir. IEST standard\u0131na g\u00f6re verim 0.3 \u00b5m tanecik \u00e7ap\u0131nda tan\u0131mlan\u0131rken EN 1822\u2019 de MPPS (Most Penetrating Particle Size) yani yakalanmas\u0131 en zor tanecik \u00e7ap\u0131 esas al\u0131nmaktad\u0131r. Filtre testleri i\u00e7in IEST fotometre ve tanecik say\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131 tavsiye ederken EN 1822\u2019 de sadece tanecik say\u0131c\u0131lar \u00f6nerilmektedir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. G\u0130R\u0130\u015e<\/strong><br \/>\nAvrupa Birli\u011fi \u00fclkelerinde kullan\u0131lan CEN\u2019 (European Committee for Standardization) in yay\u0131nlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 EN779 ve EN1822 standartlar\u0131na g\u00f6re hava filtreleri Kaba (G1, G2, G3, G4) Hassas (F5, F6, F7, F8, F9), Y\u00fcksek verimli-HEPA (H10, H11, H12, H13, H14) ve Ultra y\u00fcksek verimli-ULPA (U15, U16, U17) \u015feklinde grupland\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bilindi\u011fi gibi G ve F tipi filtreler normal konfor uygulamalar\u0131nda ve y\u00fcksek verimli filtreleri koruma ama\u00e7l\u0131 olarak kullan\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Daha \u00f6nceleri GMP kurallar\u0131na g\u00f6re sadece A, B, C Klas ortamlarda kullan\u0131lan HEPA (High Efficiency Particulate Air) filtreler son y\u0131llarda baz\u0131 ila\u00e7 firmalar\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan D Klas odalarda da standart olarak kullan\u0131lmaya ba\u015flanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>G\u0131da sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde g\u0131dalar\u0131n kondu\u011fu kaplar\u0131n imalat\u0131ndan ba\u015flayarak, dolum mahallerinde ve paketleme esnas\u0131nda temiz oda veya temiz ortamlar yarat\u0131larak sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 g\u0131dalar \u00fcretilmekte ve \u00fcr\u00fcnlerin raf \u00f6mr\u00fc artt\u0131r\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Bu amaca uygun olarak da HEPA filtreler yayg\u0131n olarak kullan\u0131lmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Hastanelerde ameliyathaneler, yo\u011fun bak\u0131m ve yan\u0131k tedavi odalar\u0131nda hava kalitesinin ne kadar \u00f6nemli oldu\u011fu art\u0131k herkes taraf\u0131ndan kabul edilen bir ger\u00e7ektir ve bu mahaller de bir temiz oda gibi tasar\u0131mlanarak HEPA filtrelerin kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 klima sistemlerinden faydalan\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Yurdumuzda da bu tip uygulamalar yava\u015f yava\u015f standart hale gelmekteyken Avrupa\u2019 da da DIN 1946\/4\u2019 \u00fcn yerine haz\u0131rlanan standartlarda hastanelerdeki temiz ortam alanlar\u0131 artt\u0131r\u0131lmakta ve HEPA filtre kullan\u0131m sahalar\u0131 geni\u015flemektedir.<\/p>\n<p>HEPA ve ULPA (Ultra Low Penetration Air) filtreler i\u00e7in b\u00fct\u00fcn d\u00fcnyada kabul g\u00f6rm\u00fc\u015f ve en yayg\u0131n kullan\u0131lan iki adet test standard\u0131 bulunmaktad\u0131r. Bunlar A.B.D.\u2019 de kullan\u0131lan IEST (Institute of Environmental Sciences and Technology)\u2019 nin yay\u0131nlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 tavsiye \u015feklindeki standartlar ile Avrupa\u2019 da kullan\u0131lan CEN\u2019 in yay\u0131nlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 EN standartlar\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. IEST STANDARTLARI<\/strong><br \/>\nIEST\u2019 nin tavsiye etti\u011fi uygulamalar i\u00e7inde HEPA filtreler ile ilgili standartlar \u015funlard\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; IEST-RP-CC001.3 HEPA ve ULPA Filtreler<br \/>\nBurada terimler, tan\u0131mlar, HEPA ve ULPA filtrelerin klasifikasyonu, imalatta kullan\u0131lan malzemelerin tan\u0131mlanmas\u0131, test aletleri ve markalama y\u00f6ntemleri anlat\u0131lmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; IEST-RP-CC034.1 HEPA ve ULPA Filtre Ka\u00e7ak Testleri<br \/>\nBurada HEPA ve ULPA filtreler i\u00e7in ka\u00e7ak testi y\u00f6ntemleri, test \u015fartlar\u0131, aerosol \u00fcretimi, aerosolun alg\u0131lanmas\u0131 (fotometre veya partik\u00fcl say\u0131c\u0131lar) ve test metotlar\u0131 anlat\u0131lmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; IEST-RP-CC021.1 HEPA ve ULPA Filtre Elyaf\u0131n\u0131n Testi<br \/>\nBurada HEPA ve ULPA filtre imalinde kullan\u0131lan ka\u011f\u0131t veya sentetik malzemelerin bas\u0131n\u00e7 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fc, verim, kal\u0131nl\u0131k, mukavemet, uzama, sertlik, y\u00fcksek s\u0131cakl\u0131klarda a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131k kayb\u0131 gibi testlerinin yap\u0131lma y\u00f6ntemleri ile raporlama teknikleri anlat\u0131lmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; IEST-RP-CC007.1 ULPA Filtrelerin Testi<br \/>\nBurada ULPA filtrelerin tanecik say\u0131c\u0131lar kullan\u0131larak verim testi yap\u0131lma y\u00f6ntemleri anlat\u0131lmaktad\u0131r.<br \/>\nSonu\u00e7 olarak IEST taraf\u0131ndan tan\u0131mlanan HEPA ve ULPA filtreler ile \u00f6nerilen test y\u00f6ntemleri Tablo-1\u2019 de g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-3242 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/www.ulpatek.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/tb01.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"569\" height=\"220\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.ulpadust.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/tb01.jpg 569w, https:\/\/www.ulpadust.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/tb01-370x143.jpg 370w, https:\/\/www.ulpadust.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/tb01-300x116.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 569px) 100vw, 569px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Yukar\u0131daki tablodan da g\u00f6r\u00fclebilece\u011fi gibi HEPA filtreler belirli bir tanecik \u00e7ap\u0131ndaki (0,3 \u00b5m) verimleri ile tan\u0131mlan\u0131rken ULPA filtrelerde bu \u00e7ap daha k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck ve bir aral\u0131k olarak (0.1 \u2013 0.2 \u00b5m) verilmektedir. Ayr\u0131ca HEPA filtrelerin s\u0131zd\u0131rmazl\u0131k testleri fotometre yard\u0131m\u0131yla yap\u0131labilirken, daha hassas filtreler (ULPA) tanecik say\u0131c\u0131lar ile test edilebilmektedir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. EN 1822 STANDARDI<\/strong><br \/>\nCEN\u2019 in yay\u0131nland\u0131\u011f\u0131 EN-1882 standard\u0131 5 k\u0131s\u0131mdan olu\u015fmaktad\u0131r. Bunlar s\u0131ras\u0131yla \u015funlard\u0131r :<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; EN 1822-1 Klasifikasyon, Performans Testi Ve Markalama<br \/>\n&#8211; EN 1822-2 Aerosol \u00dcretimi, \u00d6l\u00e7me Aletleri, Tanecik Say\u0131m\u0131<br \/>\n&#8211; EN 1822-3 Filtre Elyaf\u0131n\u0131n Test Edilmesi<br \/>\n&#8211; EN 1822-4 Filtre Eleman\u0131nda S\u0131zd\u0131rmazl\u0131\u011f\u0131n Tespiti<br \/>\n&#8211; EN 1822-5 Filtre Eleman\u0131n\u0131n Verim Tespiti<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. STANDARTLAR ARASINDAK\u0130 FARKLAR<\/strong><br \/>\nBurada IEST\u2019 den farkl\u0131 olarak sabit bir tanecik \u00e7ap\u0131 yerine verim i\u00e7in tan\u0131mlanan MMPS, (Most Penetrating Particle Size) en zor yakalanabilen tanecik \u00e7ap\u0131n\u0131 ifade etmektedir. Bilindi\u011fi gibi HEPA ve ULPA filtrelerde 4 ayr\u0131 filtrasyon mekanizmas\u0131 yani elek, yakalama, atalet ve dif\u00fczyon mekanizmalar\u0131 farkl\u0131 fiziksel kurallara g\u00f6re tanecikleri yakalamaktad\u0131r. Tanecik \u00e7ap\u0131n\u0131n artmas\u0131 atalet ve yakalama etkisini artt\u0131r\u0131rken dif\u00fczyon etkisini azalt\u0131r. Bu nedenle \u015eekil-1\u2019 den de g\u00f6r\u00fclebilece\u011fi gibi bir filtre elyaf\u0131nda ve se\u00e7ilen bir h\u0131z i\u00e7in tutulmas\u0131 en zor olan yani verimin minimum oldu\u011fu bir tanecik \u00e7ap\u0131 bulunur (MPPS).<\/p>\n<p>\u015eekil \u2013 1<br \/>\n\u00c7e\u015fitli filtrasyon mekanizmalar\u0131n\u0131n tanecik \u00e7ap\u0131na g\u00f6re verime etkisi ve MPPS.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-3243 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/www.ulpatek.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/tb3.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"558\" height=\"291\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.ulpadust.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/tb3.jpg 558w, https:\/\/www.ulpadust.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/tb3-370x193.jpg 370w, https:\/\/www.ulpadust.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/tb3-300x156.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 558px) 100vw, 558px\" \/><br \/>\nTablo-2\u2019 de tan\u0131mlanan penetrasyon terimi filtreden sonraki tanecik konsantrasyonunun filtreden \u00f6ncekine oran\u0131n\u0131 (1-verim) ifade etmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>EN 1822\u2019 ye g\u00f6re HEPA ve ULPA filtreler i\u00e7in birbirinden ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z 3 farkl\u0131 test bulunmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>1) Filtre Elyaf\u0131n\u0131n Verim Testi<br \/>\nGenellikle filtre malzemesi \u00fcreten firmalar taraf\u0131ndan elyaf\u0131n kullan\u0131laca\u011f\u0131 al\u0131n h\u0131z\u0131nda ve MPPS\u2019 de yap\u0131lan bir verim testidir.<\/p>\n<p>2) Filtre Ka\u00e7ak Testi<br \/>\nTanecik say\u0131c\u0131lar kullan\u0131larak MPPS\u2019 de yap\u0131lan bir testtir. Ancak H13 ve H14 filtrelerde bu teste alternatif olarak ya\u011f duman\u0131 ka\u00e7ak testi de uygulanabilir.<\/p>\n<p>3) MPPS\u2019 de filtre verim testi<br \/>\nFiltrenin toplam verimi sabit bir sonda ve buna ba\u011fl\u0131 bir tanecik say\u0131c\u0131 ile veya b\u00fct\u00fcn filtre y\u00fczeyi taranarak bulunmas\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Yap\u0131lan bu testler sonucu Tablo-2\u2019 ye g\u00f6re filtreler klasifiye edilir.<\/p>\n<p>IEST ile CEN standard\u0131n\u0131n di\u011fer bir fark\u0131 da s\u0131zd\u0131rmazl\u0131k testlerinde kullan\u0131lan y\u00f6ntemdir. Tablo-1\u2019 den g\u00f6r\u00fclebilece\u011fi gibi IEST filtre tipine g\u00f6re fotometre ve tanecik say\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131n kullan\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nerirken, EN1822 sadece tanecik say\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131 veya diferansiyel hareketlilik tanecik say\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 (DMPS) \u00f6nermekte fotometreyi \u00f6nermemektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Ayr\u0131ca EN1822 y\u00fczey taranarak s\u0131zd\u0131rmazl\u0131k testi yap\u0131l\u0131rken, ayn\u0131 de\u011ferler kullan\u0131larak filtre veriminin bulunmas\u0131na da imkan tan\u0131maktad\u0131r. S\u0131zd\u0131rmazl\u0131k ile verimin beraber saptand\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir y\u00f6ntem IEST\u2019 de bulunmamaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>IEST\u2019 de tan\u0131mlanan A, B, C, D, E, F tipi filtrelerin EN-1822\u2019 deki kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 tam olarak bulmak olduk\u00e7a zordur. MPPS ve verim h\u0131za g\u00f6re de\u011fi\u015fti\u011finden, h\u0131z \u00f6nemli bir etken olmaktad\u0131r. \u00d6rne\u011fin belirli bir h\u0131z de\u011ferinde EN1822\u2019 ye g\u00f6re H14 olan bir filtrenin IEST\u2019 deki kar\u015f\u0131t\u0131 C iken, h\u0131z artt\u0131\u011f\u0131nda filtre EN 1822\u2019 ye g\u00f6re H13 \u00f6zelliklerini sa\u011flarken, IEST\u2019 ye g\u00f6re hala C Klas filtre \u00f6zelliklerini sa\u011flayabilmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00f6z konusu standartlar\u0131n d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda ayr\u0131ca denetleyici kurulu\u015flar\u0131n da \u00f6zel istekleri olabilmektedir. \u00d6rne\u011fin A.B.D.\u2019 de bu konudaki en tan\u0131nm\u0131\u015f kurulu\u015f olan FDA (Federal Drug Administration) yani Ulusal \u0130la\u00e7 \u0130daresi HEPA filtrelerin kullan\u0131m mahallerinde yap\u0131lacak s\u0131zd\u0131rmazl\u0131k testlerinde sadece fotometrelerin kullan\u0131m\u0131na izin vermektedir. Ayr\u0131ca steril sahalarda yap\u0131lacak testlerde kat\u0131 taneciklerin kullan\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 da m\u00fcsaade etmemektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Genel olarak verim ve s\u0131zd\u0131rmazl\u0131k d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda HEPA filtrelerden istenen \u00f6zellikler aras\u0131nda bas\u0131n\u00e7 kayb\u0131n\u0131n az olmas\u0131, y\u00fczey boyunca h\u0131z\u0131n d\u00fczg\u00fcn da\u011f\u0131lmas\u0131, yap\u0131m s\u0131ras\u0131nda kullan\u0131lan malzemelerden kaynaklanabilecek gaz \u00e7\u0131karmamas\u0131, kolay tak\u0131l\u0131p \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131labilmesi, uzun \u00f6m\u00fcr, neme dayan\u0131kl\u0131l\u0131k gibi \u00f6zellikler say\u0131labilir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5.
